Opera doesn't play youtube videos at 60FPS

It's kind of embarrassing when Opera cannot cope with 720p@60fps youtube video on HTML5 player, when IE11 and chrome 38.0.2125.111 plays it without any issues. It shows it as 720p only (no 60fps)

Or is it just me, unlucky one?
any workaround (except another browser, of course).

Version: 25.0.1614.68 - Opera is up to date
Update stream: Stable
System: Windows 8.1 64-bit (WoW64)
