Smiley Ruins Speed Dial

The latest version of Opera has intoduced a pointless smiley on the top right of the Speed Dial page, pushing all the buttons down by about 3cm on my screen, so losing a whole line of shortcuts.
When I click the smiler, All it does is ask me, "Do you like this feature?", with the options of a Green "thumbs up" and Red "thumbs down". Of course, I chose the latter - this is just a crazy waste of screen space, for something that apparently does nothing other than ask you if you like it.
Please, lovely folks at Opera, remove this idiotic thing, so my carefully curated Speed Dial returns to its former layout!

@biowizard The question is not about the smiley itself but the feature it is representing.
Anyway, I think it could go away after you have voted.

@leocg OK ... this feels like one of those Murder Mystery Moments, as clues are dropped, and you have to figure out WhoDunnit ...
... or in this case, WhatFeatureIsit?
Seriously, I have no extra feature (apart from the smiley pushing all my buttons down the screen)! What have I missed (OK, that would be a spoiler alert in a real WhoDunnit, but Opera has been my go-to browser since pretty much when it first came out, a quarter of a century ago!
