Opera downloading painfully slow.

Opera is downloading at a mean 100kb/s or less. I have no VPNs active, windows defender isn't slowing it, there's no other antivirus software that would be slowing it. It's just slow. My internet itself isn't slow as other things such as steam and other gaming services download at my normal speeds.

@smugmedic Download speed depends on a lot of factors, such as server capacity, number of people downloading from the server at the same time, if the server limits download speed or not, route to and from the server, etc.

If Opera is slow you can try going to opera://flags and enabling the Parallel Downloading flag. Warning: This is an experimental feature.
