Ability to merge separate Opera Window tabs

I've been an Opera user since '95 (roughly). I use it for almost 100% of my work. I often open more than one instance of Opera with each having tabs. I do this for coding research or perhaps to break up groups of tabs during the day. However, if I close windows and quit Opera, Opera only restores the last instance of Opera that is closed. Is there a feature or can one be created that merges all open tabs from all open Opera windows into the 1st open Window? Right now I have to save all tabs to a folder for each window and then open each folder from the window I want to merge them in. Then i have to close the other windows and then close the last window so that when I open it again, I have all my work and research. Hope I'm being clear?
Alternatively, Opera could remember all open instances of Opera windows and restore their tabs instead of just the last one.

@mryanmarkryan2 Why don't you just keep the windows opened when you close Opera?

@leocg So if I have website A, B, C, D open in one instance of opera and website E, F, G, H, I open in another instance of opera. By instance, I can Alt Tab and flip between them. They are separate Windows. I want to close out both windows with Alt-f4 for example. Let's say I'm rebooting my computer or shutting dow for the day. So let's say I close out the window with E, F, G, H, I. Then close the window with A, B, C. When I open Opera again, all I see is A, B, C, D. The other websites that were in the other instance are gone unless I want to save to a folder and restore. So my request is that either I can merge all websites in all open instances to the primary window (1st open?) or alternatively, I can run a menu option to merge all open Opera windows into one instead of having to drag each folder manually from one instance to another until I have them on the same instance. Hope this makes sense.
Edit: I actually like the 2nd option better. Just a menu option to merge all open instances into one.Have you fscked your local propeller head today?

When you want to reboot or shut down for the day, don't close any of Opera's windows. Instead, goto Menu -> Exit in Opera. Then, the next time you open up Opera, both windows will be restored.

@burnout426 By golly, you are right! I'm so used to ALT-F4, I haven't tried the menu exit in a long time. Thanks for the help.
