Opera Banner Ads in Speed Dial

I am getting ads and promotions on my Speed Dial page that appear as banners above the bookmark tiles and below the search bar. I already know I can click the "x" in the corner and select "Don't show again", but this only seems to keep that specific banner from appearing again. It doesn't stop new banners from showing up, which is what I want. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@bluedragon32 There are some settings that you can disable to avoid them, just take a look in the settings page.
