Can I get my data and tabs back after formating pc?

So I made a format for my pc and it made me instal Opera and when I logged back to the same account I didnt get my tabs back, so is there a way to get my data back?

@fatousha You can check opened tabs from other installations by clicking on the tabs icon in sidebar.
