A big distraction as site blockers don't work in the private tab browsing so need a way to remove it from opera.

@plunar As said, you can not remove/disable private windows.

What do you mean by "site blockers". If you're talking about extensions (like adblocking extensions), you can goto the URL opera://extensions and allow the extensions you want to run in a private window.
