Passwords not saving

I export my google passwords then import them to opera and they dont save. I added my discord password manually and it doesnt save.

@leocg I've deleted the safe storage file and the data file from the library, multiple times, and it's still not remembering passwords! There must be something else going on that these fixes aren't addressing.
