Unable to install Opera - libgcc-s1 (>= 3.0) dependency

opera-stable_97.0.4719.83_amd64.deb won't install on Linux Mint due to libgcc dependency error.

Is this a known 'feature'?

Anyways, all suggestions are welcome.

@xyzzy-opera The 18.04 is the problem, Chromium has stopped supporting that version and hence Opera doesn't either.

@xyzzy-opera If you do not want to update mint to a newer version, you can probably install opera via snap; https://snapcraft.io/install/opera/ubuntu
