tabs : disable sliding and shrinking

Hi I am using opera ( crypto version ) since few months now , very happy it , ( was a firefox user since the beginning of the project but their memory management issues drive me crazy and is a big trouble for me who use tons of windows )

I have two concerns with Opera crypto :

why does the tabs keeps reordering by themselves all the time : as I said I use tons of windows and need to keep them in a specific order to switch easily from my settings , but they move every time I click on of them , there is a sort of sliding effect and they keep moving

and also how to disable this efffect : when many tabs are open , they are like shrinking on the right side and if you want to manage them it's very annoying too

Known issue, a fix was released on Opera 98: DNA-105141 Tabs to the right of the currently active one swap their position with another when clicked

Not possible to disable it.
