Password Sync Issue

I've been facing to set up my new machine using Opera. I've logged into my account, as usual, but I coudn't sync my passwords.

I saw this in Sync Internals:

Error: MergeSyncData@components/password_manager/core/browser/sync/password_sync_bridge.cc:590, datatype error was encountered: Failed to add an entry in the password store.

any clue?
