Out of Memory at 12GB+ RAM usage, multiple machines w/ same symptoms

Hi there,
I'm an IT consultant and a web developer. I use Opera for Windows near exclusively for my daily tasks and design work. Typically, I'll have around 50-70 tabs open.Normally, Opera does just fine on my home system:
Intel i7-10700
64GB DDR4 RAM @ 2933MHz
1TB Samsung 970 EVO SSD
MSI RTX 3080 Ventus 3X OC
Windows 11 22H2
Windows Paging File disabled (to save wear and tear on the SSD)
Opera v97.0.4719.63 (I've noticed since this around v91)Opera will generally only consume between 8 and 10GB of system RAM with any of the systems I or my team uses.
However, when Opera consumes around 12GB of System Memory, tabs start to report "Out of memory", despite having 40GB of the 64GB of RAM available to the system (with ~40GB committed). You can close it and try to alleviate the resource usage, but the whole browser stops responding and you need to MS Task Manager - End Task the process and re-launch. As you can imagine, while in the middle of designing websites or checking customers in and out, this never happens at a convenient time.
Initially I thought it may be the hardware-assisted rendering consuming all the VRAM of my GPU, so I disabled hardware acceleration in Opera's settings, and it didn't help.
I tried disabling all the extensions, still didn't help.
I'll put it this way, in my repair center, we use Opera with no extensions. All 3 reception computers have 16GB of RAM, they all do it around the same limit with no extensions.
My workstation in my repair center has 32GB of RAM, it also does it around the time Opera consumes 12GB of RAM.
My laptop also has 64GB of RAM, and again, Opera gives an "Out of Memory" error on it as well, again, around 12GB of RAM usage.
The primary similarity between these systems is they're all using Opera's built-in Ad Block and consistently run 30+ abs. All CPU's, GPU's, and RAM generations vary (some use AMD graphics, some use Intel, some use nVidia). Oh, and that they all give the same error when Opera hovers around 12GB of RAM usage.
Is anybody else having this issue?

@radraze2kx Chromium seems to have a 4GB limit for each tab/process and when that limit is reached you will see that Out of Memory message.
Go to Menu > Developer > Task Manager or use Shift + Esc to see the processes running in Opera and how much RAM they are using.

@leocg I don't think I've ever seen a tab break past 2.5GB in the Opera Task Manager but I'll keep an eye on it. Thanks for letting me know, I didn't realize the Chromium base was still 32-bit.

@radraze2kx The limit is also for the 64 bits Chromium.
