The difference between text in Opera and Chrome

Why is the text different in Opera and Chrome? In Opera, the text is slightly bold. Is it possible to make the text light and thin?

@customrayan From presented images I can only see that Opera seems to use incorrect windows scaling mode (system enhanced instead of application) - pay attention to UI elements, like refresh circle.
If you start Opera.exe directly, not from icon - does it look better?
