Is there any way to backup workspaces so they can be reinstalled on another PC?

I am using the PC standalone version of Opera Developer to test. Making a backup is easy, but I have synch enabled and try a fresh install, hoping that my saved workspaces would reappear. They did not!

Is there any extension to recover Workspaces or any other method available?
