OSX 13.2.1 (does not seem to do it on my Monterey Macs, only M1 on Ventura)
      Opera 97.0.4719.17
It is really annoying to have windows just pop to the foreground without clicking on anything.
So two Opera windows , if I have #1 in front and then move the mouse and hover for a moment on on the left most tab of Window #2 behind it activates and brings it forward.
Is his a known issue or an advanced, undocumented feature?
      Thanks
      Rob

@rgranger I rolled back to 96.0.4693.16 and the issue is still there. Will try going back further. I don't remember this when I first upgraded to Ventura.

As you hover over different main tabs (Home, Features, Products, etc.), the corresponding sub-tabs will change to reflect the new topic. For example, hovering over the "Home" tab will display sub-tabs for "Announcements," "Trending," and "New."

@davidoliver-1 I understand it updating the tab, but when just mousing around, if you just pause over the left tab it brings that window to the front. This does not happen in Chrome or Safari.
