Green and orange layers when watching videos

With RGX off, if I play a video (on any site) that video separates into
two layers a green one and an orange one. I can't seem to screenshot it so I don't know if its my computer or opera.
I also turned off hardware acceleration and that just makes the video quality awful.

@randomproto If you can't get it in a screenshot then it's something in your video settings. Orange/green sounds like something for use with 3D glasses (the old red/blue type) ...
