Playing or streaming creates flashing light show!

I have a weird issue... On my Macbook Pro, whenever I play a video or stream something, the borders of it, as well as in other places on the screen, begin rapidly flashing, like strobe lights or lightning strikes!
Any idea what might be causing a mess like this to happen?

Maybe this version of the opera you're using is not updated.

Go to update to fix this issue, if the problem is still on, contact on the report a bug to let the devs know the problem that is going on.

@tonshi I've got the latest update, and it's still flashing like a '60s light show! I don't know why I would somehow have this happening and no one else, as it's happening on two different computers, which aren't even using the same OS....
