Opera Gx Not Downloading files

As the title says, when I try to download, say, a .mp3 for a sound effect it refuses to do so. I did some investigating (barely any lol) and I found that Opera Gx only has permissions to access media and no option to change it

@memelordfarquad Moved from Opera for Android. What device, amd what version of Android?
