Opera cannot handle big memory?

I run into problem "Out of memory" despite I have A LOT of it! WHY??
Win7 x64, Opera v95, "Battery saving" is OFF. I visited "instagram.com" and just watched videos. 2 hours later I see this:

@letmein3-0 If the tracking blocker is enabled, try disabling it
