I guess that exactly this ad-blocker makes YouTube so slow that it is painful to use it at all. So I quit using Opera and go back to Chromium as my default browser.

Ad Block Plus actually works; this one doesn't. What was the process for testing? Here's the error message I get every single time when using this add-on:

This doesn't work. It triggers a playback error on YouTube, stopping any video from playing.

Still works like a charm for me. Before it did show a fraction of the advertisement before skipping it.
Not it doesn't show anything, only a pop-up once in a while informing me about the number of minutes it saved me.
I am using Opera GX by the way. Apparently it doesn't work for everyone (which is strange), but I still think it is worth a try!

It works very well to keep these annoying advertising clips away from your YT experience and it safes me lots of lifetime (and perhaps also some money... ^^).

Talvez um dos melhores ad blockers, acelera os anúncios muito rapidamente, o que salva minha moral quando se trata de respeitar os criadores de conteúdo e gerar renda pros mesmos. Os anúncios aparecem, mas o botão de pular aparece quase instantaneamente. Anúncios desvinculados aos vídeos desaparecem.
