[Solved]Opera is not saving data (or it's being removed)

Hello everyone. I am still having this same issue where, whenever I restart my laptop and reopen Opera, all of my login information isn't saved. So I have to re-login gmail, youtube, and the whole shabam.
I tried the solution offered by user burnout above, where you delete the Opera Safe Storage in Keychain Access, but even then my info isnt saved. This solution is not working for me. Is there anyone else having the same issue?

@burnout426 I've done everything posted and more, a number of times, and still lose all my passwords every time, and still have that Opera Safe Storage show up in my Keychain! Why can't Opera just fix this with an update? I keep updating to newer versions, and still the same mess.... SMH

It's supposed to show back up.

I don't know.

@burnout426 I tried this. Unfortunately, this doesn't work. Don't why Opera can't fix this bug.

Really, this is ridiculous! This thread is not "solved" and even with the newest & latest Opera Update, today, it's still not saving passwords!! If their programmers can't even get that to work right, it doesn't say a lot for their crew.... SMDH

@stevenjcee I had to create a new password to get in, just last night, yet this morning it's gone, and all that was saved, was my old one, which didn't work. So I had to create another new one, which I hope it will actually remember the next time.

Hi guys !
Well, like everyone else here, I've got exactly the same problem as you...
and like all of you I'm finding it a real pain.
(I'm using a MacBook Pro M1.)
here it is, just one more message to (try to) get the devs' attention
Really, when they fix this bug it will change our lives.
Good luck to you all in the meantime -

@burnout426 This problem has been plaguing me for a while, enough that I was about to dump Opera and go back to Chrome. This solution finally resolved the issue! Thanks!

Time to ditch opera, I think. I was very impressed with it and have used it for several years. I've changed settings many times, still can't get AI
on tthe sidebar. Perhaps you could tell me how else I might be able to get it to do what others seem to have managed that despite following all the instructtions and uninstalling then reinstalling, it will not do what it purports to do. What could you suggest please? It otherwise has so much going for it. -

@kevdfms Did you try also deleting the "Login Data" file as mentioned in this post? Some users had to do that too.

Every time I restart my Mac and open Opera GX, then nothing ever saves. I'm on a 2013 Intel Mac and on macOS Catalina.

@burnout426 I just did it, I hope when I restart my device, it saves everything. If it did work, you just saved me from switching back to Chrome, but if not, it's ok. I'll be back.
