Hello!
Every time Opera is updated the shortcut taskbar disapears, can you fix it?

There might be something messed up with installer_prefs.json and or installation_status.json in the install folder. But, indeed try uninstalling and reinstalling as suggested to see if it fixes it.
Or, if you want something a little more thorough, you can try this:
Download Opera's installer, close opera, uninstall Opera (do not choose to delete your data when uninstalling), delete the install folder if it remains, delete any Opera shortcuts on the desktop, start menu and taskbar that are left, delete any Opera entries on the Startup tab in the Windows task manager that remain, delete any Opera Tasks in the Windows Task Scheduler that remain, delete everything in "C:\Windows\temp", and delete everything in "C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\temp".
Then, launch the Opera installer, click "options", set "install for" to "all users" and "install path" to "C:\Program Files\Opera" like you had it, uncheck "import data from default browser", adjust the other options as you like, and install.
If Opera doesn't pin itself to the taskbar this time, go into the install folder, right-click launcher.exe and choose to pin it to the taskbar that way instead. Also, pin it to the start menu too if you want.
Or, if that doesn't do the trick, go even farther after uninstalling before reinstalling.

@burnout426 i'll start adding the shortcut from the instal folder
note: i have the same problem in about 5 PC's, all of them loose the taskbar icon after the update
