Mirror speed dial links on all devices

Hi, I apologize if this has been answered before, but I could not find it in a search.

I use the speed dial page as my home page on all of my devices (3 total, android and windows). Is there any way to get my speed dial home page on all three devices to be in sync?

I have all devices set to sync and, I can see the improted speed dials if I open the bookmarks on any device. However, I want to be able to have my saved speed dial links on the front page of each device.
