[Possible Malware]How to stop https://r.srvtrck.com/v1/ redirects on Opera?

I continuously get redirected to a link starting from https://r.srvtrck.com/v1/.....
I find this only on Opera whereas such redirections on Safari or Chrome are non existent (speaking from my usage). So, how do I stop these redirections?
Any solution?

@abhimanyu88 It seems that you got a malware.

Try disabling all extensions and do a scan with Malwarebytes.

If your browser is constantly being redirected to the R.srvtrck.com site, then you may have adware installed on your computer.
