Facing The Blockage Of Some International Websites?

By living in subcontinental countries, I have seen whatever browser you choose. You will face the blockage of some international websites. I have been working on teaching and enabling kids to skateboard. So, I have to gather the data sometime. But I couldn't open the required website. As the site can't be reached gets appeared.
How I can solve this on the Opera browser? Somehow I found this browser quite better than others. Looking for the best response.

@leocg Even the Ahref is not opening for auditing skatingplay, I don't understand the reasons. When it comes to VPN, some websites block the IP due to the detection of a VPN
