Same here, every now and then it quits, need to "reload", but very soon it stops again.
But, when it works, it works great.

While it does download videos successfully from certain websites, it also has malware attached to it, just like someone else said before.
I can't recommend this extension when it's opening new tabs on its own and who knows what else its doing.
