multi window mode - dex mode

Hi,
I have been using opera for a very long time, since the first version of opera next.
At my home, I switched to Samsung Dex from my laptop.
Therefore I am looking for similar behaviours as in desktop version.

First issue; opera android doesnt support multi window mode on dex. I have to work with one window and this doesnt work for my habits.
Samsung internet browser supports multi window mode, so I have to use it more, but I would like not to change opera.

Second issue; Access to bookmarks is not straight forward. I will be great to have bookmark bar at least for dex mode.
I started to use some cloud services for my bookmarks but even if this solution has some advantages bookmark bar is more usefull.

I know opera app is optimised for mobile platform but since the desktop ability is increasing for mobiles and tablets I think it is good time to append some more abilities to opera.
