[Duplicated]Extension upgrade requires additional permissions.

Every time I use Opera I get banner message that says "The extension upgrade requires additional permissions. Go to the extensions manager to accept the upgrade." This poorly designed message does not say which extension requires additional permissions. I cannot keep this annoying banner from coming up. I have even uninstalled or disabled every extension to no avail. Anybody have any ideas?

Open up Opera, wait about 30 seconds, goto the URL
opera://about
and check for updates. Doesn't matter if there's an update or not, check anyway. Then, restart Opera. If still no help, goto the URL
opera://extensions
, turn on developer mode, and click the update button at the top.If still no go, goto the URL
opera://about
, take note of the "install" path, and close Opera. Then, open up a command prompt and run:
"C:\Program Files\Opera\launcher.exe" --show-component-extension-options
(adjust the path to your launcher.exe)
When Opera starts up, goto the URL
opera://extensions
, turn on developer mode and click "update" again. Then, scroll down theopera://extensions
page and see if there's an update button for any extension you see.Besides that, goto the URL
opera://components
and try to update each component. If all else fails, just uninstall Opera (don't choose to delete your data when uninstalling) and reinstall.

I continually see the banner, and when I go to extensions, it shows Wallet needs an upgrade. I've upgraded once, but the frequency is annoying. There is no way to remove or disable Wallet when I click on the extension.
I use Opera to avoid interruptions to my work. How can I get rid of this annoyance? -
