Font Text is really weird on every application I click on.

I don't know what causes this. But literally every single search engine has a really weird font because of it. Discord has it for some reason. Another two (which are Lunar Client and Solar Tweaks) This website has it. And all other websites have it. It's really annoying because I can't click anything, it's slow. (sometimes) Microsoft Edge even has the text font bug, the text appears really inconsistent, you have letters sometimes being bold and light on one sided or the whole letter. Please help!
