stuck with "private search" as my search engine

So i was downloading some stuff today and now i'm stuck with "private search" as my search engine even though my default is google, and i can't change it in any way. In chrome you could just delete the engine but i don't know how to do that in opera. Changing the search engine doesn't help.

Are you talking about the search engine in start page/speed dial? That one only Opera can change, unless some malware have found a way to bypass the restrictions.
