complain on the access of multi-device bookmarks

Since Dec. 2022, we can no longer access the bookmarks on other devices.
This is a very bad decision!

@heylouis What do you mean? If you are having issues with sync, please post about it following the rules and the instructions or, even better, use one of the topics that already exist about it.
