Recently, in all builds of the Opera browser (stable 93, beta 94, developer 95), lags have begun to appear when moving the mouse pointer in the browser. This problem manifests itself when the hardware acceleration option is enabled. And by the way, the same thing happens in Edge 108.
In Edge, it is also solved by turning off hardware acceleration.

At the same time: everything is fine in Firefox 107.0.1, with hardware acceleration enabled.

What could be the reason for such a problem: with Chromium-based browsers, or with the graphics card driver?!

With hardware acceleration on, see if messing with the Angle flag helps.

@leonov9116 i couldn't notice any lag here. Maybe it depends on the mouse?

@burnout426 So far, the problem has been solved by switching the ANGLE option to the OpenGL option.
So far, the lags I described when navigating the mouse are gone.
I switched the option in all browser builds (stable, beta, dev). The problem is also solved in Microsoft Edge (there I also found the option ANGLE and switched to OpenGL)
