How to make File menu show

Hi,

It looks like the file menu is now gone with no way to make it show? Is this true or can I just not find the setting?

I love Opera but this would be a deal breaker.

Please help

@bdoubleu What file menu? There is the menu you get by clicking on red O at the top left or by pressing the Alt key.

Or would you be talking about the download list? It should show up when you start a download?

@bdoubleu Opera doesn't have it, at least since a decade.

Closest thing is the menu I mentioned above.
