The instructions I've seen for doing this (Command and +) don't work for me. Is there another way?

@damnyou There is a import tool in bookmarks page and also under Menu > history.

Thanks, but I must be doing something wrong. I'll call and ask Apple to "walk me through it." It was much easier in the past. I don't remember ever initiating the process, but I would see a question on the screen asking me if I would like to move Bookmarks to the Browser I was then using. I did, and with a click or two the deed was done, and I'm not talking about individual bookmarks, I'm talking about ALL of them (hundreds) at one crack.

@damnyou Don't know about Opera for Mac but on Windows it imports data from the default browser automatically during the installation. If you want to import data in a different moment, you need to do that manually.

Well, as I said, I'm going to talk to Apple about it. Most of their people are pretty good. I just hope I get one of them. Come to think of it, I no longer tolerate those who can't speak clear English, or who are not up to the job. I don't get rude, I just excuse myself, and get another person by calling again. That degree of assertiveness took me a long time to develop, but it's getting easier. The same with blocking the vulgar, ignorant and unpleasant people on the Internet. Now, I just Block them and think no more of them. After doing this for awhile, it's amazing how fast some sites become civilized again.
