Excel Online causing Opera 25 crashes and restarts

Since upgrading to Opera 25 I find that using Microsoft's Excel Online causes Opera to crash and restart within a minute of opening a document in Excel Online.

I have observed the same behaviour on two separate Windows 7 32-bit machines.

I have tried clearing Opera's cache and cookies with no result.

Crashes don't happen under Windows 8.1

Hi ! I have the same problems, mostly with Sharepoint. I use win 7 64 bits.

I have exactly the same problem. As soon as Excel Online is started Opera will restart over and over again. Very annoying. Have to stick to another browser.

Window 7, 32 bits, Opera 25.0.1614.50

I actually noticed that Opera 25.0.1614.50 is crashing quite often:

• on memrise.com
• when trying to open a website while speed-dial is still loading

Just out of interest - what on earth is the problem and do you have a timescale for the fix? I'm using Firefox in the meantime and it really is a pain in the backside.... though Chrome is worse!

Looks like it is fixed in Opera 25.0.1614.68.
I can no longer confirm the crash.

And by the way my crasher when trying to browse a site, while speed dial is still loading is fixed, too.
