How do I turn off the search suggestions from Bing/Google that appear in the address field?

My version is 18.0.1284.68 on W7 64-bit. I upgraded from 12.16 and I looked exhaustively for the option to do this however it is not in 18's option menu like it is in 12's. So does anyone know how to disable them?

Maybe disabling "Use a prediction service to help complete searches and URLs typed in the address bar"?
