Update 92.0.4561.33 Deleted Savede/Autofill Passwords

Last night Opera updated to 92.0.4561.33, When I started Opera a while ago, Opera acted like I was starting over, I had to select the type of background and a couple other things, and asked me to import passwords from "previous browser". It then said something like "processing password import" and just kept that message onscreen for many minutes. I went to Settings and looked at Password Manager and there were zero passwords. I had about 125-150 passwords saved, and Autofill was a major advantage of using Opera for over 20 years.
Luckily, I printed out a copy of the saved passwords a month or two ago, but many of the ones I use most were updated due to website requirements to change passwords since that printout.
Is there anything I can do other than manually typing in all the passwords? I do have most of the passwords on my new Android, after this update when I go to opera.com/connect on the desktop Opera that was just updated, I get the message that I must install Opera. I don't want to do that, since it is already installed and updated.
This is really crazy.

@konquistador As far as I know, you don't need to go to that site, you can just login to Sync on both Opera for Windows and Opera for Android.

@leocg When I try to login, I get the message that I need to download Opera, and there is a button to Download. I won't press that because it will download what was done last night (or earlier today) and I don't know what else another "update" will delete or screw up.

@konquistador On desktop or on Android? On desktop, going to menu > login to Opera account should lead you to https://auth.opera.com/account/v3/desktop/login/authenticate, where you will use your Opera account username to login.
