Increase display fonts etc.

I already set the fonts to very large but I still need a magnifying glass to see most of the text on pages. The monitor is set at windose recommended 1920x1080 on a 22" (560mm) I really feel like hitting CTRL-+ beaucoup times to read the pages. Options?

@memyself Did you try setting minimum font size in opera://settings/fonts?
