Is Pepper Flash Available For Developer 26 Linux?

I downloaded Chrome 38 for Linux and it came bundled with Pepper Flash 15.
I have seen notes on the blog about Pepper Flash but when I installed Opera Developer 26 on Linux it wasn't there.
Is Pepper Flash available on Linux for Opera?
If so, how do I install/enable it? -

It might have been down to the order that I installed them because after restarting the PC Opera has flash now too.
Does this mean that in order to use flash with Opera I have to keep Chrome installed?
Is there a plan to cut this dependency?

You don't need to have Chrome installed. If your distro supplies a Pepper Flash package we can use that instead. Debian and Ubuntu do and users of those distros can just install this. If your distro does offer a Pepper Flash package but Opera is not seeing it, please comment in this thread.
