[Duplicated]Being asked for a passphrase that I don't have

My account keeps asking me for a sync passphrase that I have never set up.
When trying to reset the passphrase, opera tells me that "You have no sync data stored."
I need to add a passphrase to retrieve all my passwords etc.
please help -

@dyanerisart After have reset your passphrase, go to Sync settings and disable the use of a passphrase. Then try to login again.
If Sync still ask for a passphrase, you probably need to provide your old Opera account password.

@leocg I do not get any of these options.
When clicking on "Enter passphrase", it rediracts me to my settings.
From there I click on "reset passphrase" (since I have never set one up).
It takes me to a page with no options to reset the passphrase or disable it.

@dyanerisart So you don't see an option regarding encryption of your synced data?

I'm in this same boat where clicking on the 'reset passphrase' button takes me to a page that says "You have no sync data stored".
I haven't set-up a passphrase before nor know what my old password was (wasn't aware I set up an account for this email).
