not enough memory

Hello. When I look at some large pages, I get such a message "not enough memory".
I tried to increase the virtual memory to 15 GB. The computer itself has the following characteristics: Intel I 7 12700K, 32gb ram, 1tb ssd, 6tb hdd, windows 11 pro 64bit, latest updates installed. Opera 90.0.4480.54.
When this happens, I have more than half of the RAM free. Disabled all extensions in opera, antivirus disabled. Windows is newly installed, checked for errors. The opera also cleared all the history, but all the same. I tried to open all the same pages in chrome, there is no such thing. The only problem is opera. How to increase memory for opera? -

@lexoring When trying this, besides Windows' task manager, also use the Resource Manager, Memory tab, and keep an eye on the first column: Commit (KB). It happened to me that explorer.exe had like 3 GB or RAM locked but it didn't show up as used in the Task Manager, only in this Resource Manager column. After killing it I got my memory back.
Also check just in case Opera's task manager with Shift-Esc. When you get that message, something must grow quite a lot if you say you have like 16 GB free.
Isn't there a local log file for phpMyAdmin? There you might have something more meaningful (like some internal limit rather than your computer's). -

Same problem here.
This is a company computer. After updating Opera to version 90.0.4480.54 today, it happens every few minutes. It is impossible to work.
And it's not a matter of lack of memory:

Can you specify which pages cause that, or how exactly to reproduce the issue? The RAM usage chart is a flat line when this happens?

@alobpreis
This mainly happened when I drew some shapes on a numerical map at work. Nothing special was happening with the memory. The graph line was flat.
I'm trying to reproduce the situation today, but the error won't pop up.
And Opera's task manager, done now:

@xavell Is that arrow the point where the page crashed?
Can you try causing the error again, having Opera's task manager open as well as the Developer Toolbar, to see how much RAM the tab uses and if you get any message in the Console?
If you are sure it started with that specific version, you can try downloading a portable instance of a previous version to confirm it doesn't fail there. If it doesn't, just in case also try a portable instance of the most recent one. -

Not Enough Memory Error in Windows 10
Increase Virtual Memory. The most recommended fix for this error is to increase the Virtual Memory on your computer.
Update Windows. Make sure your computer is running the latest version of the operating system and programs.
Update Device Drivers.
Run SFC Scan.This May Work,
