Android Opera has saved credit card number

I was astonished today when a website tried to encourage me to become a subscriber and a window popped up with the last four digits of one of my credit cards, which I never have told opera to save!

I have Opera installed on my PC but once again would never have had Any Browse save my credit card information (and I rarely use the PC Opera on my PC nowadays.

How do I clear it out other than using the global "clear All autofill" option?
