Opera Crash when underlying DOM element disappears on Page Navigation

I had a upload screen (through a floating DIV). First uploaded a file and then figured out it was an incorrect one. Since the connection appeared to be slow only just thought would overwrite it by clicking the button to upload again. However the moment File Upload window could popup the underlying DOM element disappeared making Opera to dangle on a NULL reference object to crash down.
I have forwarded this crash report also here:

If you turn on developer mode at
opera://crashes
, does it show a crash id from that crash? Is the page this happened at public or can you make a test case that causes the crash?
Can you trigger the crash again and trigger in other Chromium browsers too?
Also, test in Opera Beta and Opera Developer at https://www.opera.com/download. Might already be fixed.
Did you file a report at https://opera.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/9 too? If so, what's the bug number?
