unable to change homepage on Macbook running Monterey

I have tried numerous times to change the default opera homepage to something else and no matter what I do it will not change. Any ideas?

@gandy There is no homepage in Opera, what exactly do you want to do?

@leocg All I am wanting to do is make MSN the homepage and no matter how many times I try just as the instructions tell me it does not work, I still get the opera page when I launch it.

@gandy Like I said, Opera doesn't have a homepage, so you can't set up one. What you can do is to set a page to load when Opera starts.
