User Style Sheet and Bookmarks Tool Bar

I have been a Firefox user since I left Netscape (at least I do not remember anything in between) but I am tired of web sites being blocked and no way of adding an exception. I have tried Opera and found it has a way to add exceptions but there no longer appears to be a way of adding a user style sheet so that I can continue to have a multi row bookmark tool bar. There are instructions for using a user style sheet, but they all seem to be for older versions of Opera. At least the steps do not seem to fit my current Opera version. A further search did find some older posts that confirmed this as some people have posted comments requesting the ability to use user style sheets. I also found information on using extensions such as StyleBot, but they no longer seem to be available.
Is there currently a way to add a user style sheet, or at least a multi row bookmark tool bar, that I am missing?
It seems to be something users want so is there any chance it is in the works for a future release if it is not currently available? I am not sure why they would have removed that ability or why extensions that would have allowed their use have disappeared.

@pk88 There isn't as far as I know. Maybe an extension could help.
I did a pretty exhaustive search of both extensions and how to incorporate a user supplied style sheet before I posted, but if you have an actual extension that I missed and should try, I would be very happy to give it a go.
