Opera Opens New Windows?

Might be a simple question, but when wanting to move one tab from one window into another it has a tendency to either not want to merge into the 2nd window, or when it does it opens a new 3rd unwanted window, not a huge issue, but can be slightly annoying, how to make it so it doesn't make new windows on it's own?

@dummplum You need to drop the tab on the tab bar
