Downloading a file to a usb says "interrupted: Disk Full"

I tried downloading a 6.4gb file to my usb(that has 100 gbs) but at the end of the download it says Interrupted: Disk Full. how do I fix this

@kidgenesis It gets downloaded to a temp file then copied to the destination folder, so you need enough space on your main drive to complete the download.

@kidgenesis Check if the file system is Fat32, exFat, or NTFS. Fat32 is only able to hold files smaller than 4gb but exFat's max filesize is 16EiB and NTFS file systems can hold up to 256 TB.
