Hi, my parents want to see the weather radar images loop on this page -- http://www.bom.gov.au/products/IDR663.loop.shtml#skip -- but recently it stopped looping. Also, mousing over the map image no longer shows pointer data or map coordinates.

The page works OK in Firefox and IE, and even works fine on my own 12.16 installation at home. I've cleared the cookies and cache data and refreshed the page but it has no effect.

      Any suggestions? Thanks 🙂

You wouldn't have disabled animations? It's on the F12 menu. Also, Turbo will disable animations (separate setting). Finally, some ad blockers (both extensions and external programs) can do that. Though it would require disabling scripting to no longer have the pointer location - that's a different setting on Quick Preferences (F12) ...

Enable Animated Images is checked. I disabled Adblock and refreshed; still the same. It's a bit of a mystery.

Under the right-click Block Content... Details... menu, I noticed two Blocked Content items listed:

            *.adnxs.com/*
            *.edgecastcdn.net/*

I removed them both and the image loop worked again. I guess one or both is necessary for proper function somewhere.

            Thanks 🙂
