Scrolls too Slow

Trying to scroll websites or long documents on a large tablet opera is total trash. It's slow as Christ, doesn't speed up for shit, and doing short or long pulls across the screen makes no difference. There's no handle or anything I can grab to show it to. It's unusable, so I'm deleting it until you fix this crap.

@cheimison The handle only appears while scrolling, but it does appear.
