Opera Sync passphrase

Due to the failure of the SSD, I had to reinstall Windows and all programs. It came to the opera, I want to synchronize my data, but the fact is that I do not see the field for entering the passphrase for 100% synchronization.

Opera for developers version 90.0.4457.0

@snesphalanx After you have typed your username and password, it doesn't ask for the passphrase?
